Cheat and buy pie crust, homemade is better… but if you are going for quick… buy it
Spread LOTS of butter on the dough, use CUTE acorn cookie cutters, cut and place on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
