Remember when I said I have a love for acorns?? I seriously think they are super CUTE… Now to eat one… no thanks…. That is until this little idea….
You will need frosting, Hershey Kisses, and mini Nilla Wafers.
Put a small amount of frosting on the bottom of the Nilla Wafer, place the bottom of the Hershey Kiss to the frosting and add a dab of frosting to the top.
I will be serving these at Em’s party tonight. They remind me of a Twix candy, the cookie and chocolate make a tasty treat!

Cute acorns. What is the frosting made out of? Wouldn’t these be cute on top of cupcakes for fall?
It was actually the vanilla can frosting left over from the cupcakes I made, tinted with brown food coloring… I think these would be yummy with mini nutter butters, or even peanut butter to make them stick, all I can say is they were GOOD…. Yes, they are the perfect size for a cupcake top.
ok-did you make this up? This is all I need to add to my eating habits. Even though it is probably not that good for me-notice I said probably-they do say that chocolate is good for you!
Can’t wait to try this. My kids would so get a kick out of them for an after school treat. Perfect for a party! Can’t wait to see those pics!
Cute idea! I hope I get to taste them at MOMents!
I made these at home last night. The kids loved them! Thanks for the cute idea.
Too Cute! My son LOVES acorns after watching the movie “Chicken Little”! This would be so fun for him. And I would love it if it got him to eat a few extra calories!
Those are so adorable (saw them at Little Nummies!) – well done! I love all the acorn projects on your blog!

These are so cute. I will definitely be making some.
Followed from Crafty Crow, to Little Nummies to you.
The boys and I made these today! What a fun, easy (and yummy!) project. I’ll probably post pictures and a link on my blog in a couple days. Thanks for the inspiration.
oh! these are super cute! and i love acorns, too, and chocolate for that matter.
I work with Senior citizens at a retirement community. We had a great time making these together. If we don’t eat them all we will serve them with dessert at our October family night.
